Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. So far I have only had my consultation appt. Everyone so so friendly and nice. Everything was explained very well as to what my next steps would be. Office was clean and the environment was nice and inviting

When I spoke to one of the main representatives, he assured me that I would be made to feel at home, made to feel comfortable, made to feel cared for. He promised to meet me at the door when I got to the location. I was asked my name and he was standing right there with a big smile, a hug and a handshake I sat down and I felt welcomed right away. Everyone was so friendly and it was so many beautiful smiles in the room. It made me realize that this is what I need. I am grateful that I got a chance to experience the care of concern and understanding that the staff showed me and I can’t wait to get my procedure started.

My experience at Renew Dental Arts was great! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and the atmosphere was relaxing! Maya was amazing! She was detailed when explaining my upcoming surgery! She has a great sense of humor and a calming voice. When taking before surgery photos, she had me laughing! She told me to smile like I just won the lottery, ha. I would highly recommend Renew Dental Arts!

Here’s a stronger version that’s still compliant (focused on your experience, no accusations or exaggeration): Extremely disappointing experience. I came in for an exam, but the scan had to be repeated multiple times due to ongoing technical issues, and in the end, no usable results were obtained. After spending about an hour there, I left without any outcome. This raised serious concerns for me about the office’s organization and reliability. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Dr klien took excellent care of me. He and his team went above and beyond to assist me. They even worked with me after hours to assist with the pharmacy messing up my meds. Great team awesome staff would highly recommend for any dental needs. Always ask for Maya to be your assistant. She is excellent always makes me comfortable
